Wow I've only been a deviant since yesterday and I've already got 75 deviants!!

I guess they were just piling up on my computer.

Ok about me. I am a student at Rhodes University, South Africa. I come from Cape Town (South Africa) and I'm studying Journalism, English, Psychology and Politics. As you can see art is not on that list.

My photographs are more by way of Hopkins' Inscaping Process than by way of trying to be a photographer. When I see something and it makes me go "oh wow" or "omw" or "lol" then I snap it on my phone. That's right, my phone. All these pictures are taken on my phone. So please don't tell me they're out of focus or the quality isn't good enough because it's not going to get any better.

My drawings are done for fun and nothing more. I'm not trying to sell them or tell you I'm impressive. I'm not. I know I'm not. But this gives me an excuse to tell myself it's not a complete waste of time trying.

My poetry is not actually written for anyone other than me so it probably won't make sense half the time. I'll try and only submit ones that might though.

My writing is not going to be submitted often or anytime soon. Writing is the one thing that I absolutely can't and won't take criticism on. That is because all my hopes for the future are pinned on it so I really don't want them dashed even though I know they will be if I submit anything. I might submit some short pieces though. Or journal articles. I'll see how it goes

There isn't really anything else I can tell you about me... but I hope you enjoy my deviations and every so often I might update this journal and let you know what's potting in my life
